Magic of the water goddess
In the Northeast of Brazil you can find Paraiba, a place with dreamlike natural shores. Here a previously unknown tourmaline was found only towards the end of the 1980s: the „Paraiba Tourmaline“ – an extraordinary beautiful gemstone. It's turqoise color is so intensive that it seems the Brazilian water goddess Yemayá molded it from the waters of the South Atlantic Sea.
It's special color is however not due to some cultic magic but more to its natural high content of copper and manganese, The necklace is made from 18k palladium white gold, combined with paraibas both in form of tumbled stones and in facetted form. This refined necklace is nebvertheless suitable for every day wear. It's maritime charm, will make you dream of sun, beach and the sea.
